Welcome to Professor Miller's self-guided Virtual Field Trip, as we take a step back in history to envision real life experiences of immigration to the United States. What exactly is immigration?

In this project you will explore both the Angel Island Immigration Station Foundation and the Ellis Island Museum and National Monument using the navigation links above. This virtual tour will provide enriching informative videos, pictorial tours and virtual tour that will enhance your ability to gain perspective of immigration as it was many years ago.

Once you have reviewed the material above, please complete the worksheet and essay assignments located under the Assignments tab located on the right hand side of the page. To submit your completed assignments please upload your completed responses for the Essay and Worksheet assignments to Blackboard.
